SoCal Healthy Water Refunds and Returns Policy applies to products directly purchased through SoCal Healthy Water. If you are procuring a SoCal Healthy Water product, you agree to this policy.

SoCal Healthy Water has the legal right to add, remove and change a clause on this policy at any time. The purchaser must check the policy every so often to be notified of the changes.

90 Days Trial Period

At SoCal Healthy Water, our goal and utmost priority are to provide high-quality water filtration products, ensuring a clean and healthy water supply for all our clients. We have 100% confidence in the efficiency of our products. Therefore, we offer a 90-days trial period without asking any questions!

Return Policy

  1. Every customer gets a 90-days trial period in which he/she can return the product. The trial period gets started from the day you place your order.
  2. Before returning the product, getting authorization for SoCal Healthy Water is mandatory.
  3. Label the Return Authorization Code (RAC) on the return shipment package.
  4. Repack the product to be returned along with all the gears and documents.
  5. The customer will be held responsible for the return shipment cost.
  6. The customer will be responsible for the cost of insuring the product during the return shipment.
  7. This policy is only valid for products directly purchased from SoCal Healthy Water.

How To Return Social Health Water Product

    1. Contact SoCal Healthy Water, and the customer support agent will assign you a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
    2. Pack the product, including all the documents and gears you received.
    3. Label the code on the package visibly. Otherwise, we will not accept the product.
    4. Ship the product to SoCal Healthy Water. The shipping address is SoCal Healthy Water 254 N Lake Ave Pasadena, CA 91101.

Refunds

We immediately initiate the refunding process when the product is received at SoCal Healthy Water, excluding shipping and handling.

  • We change the status of your Return Authorization Code (RAC) to receive
  • We inspect the product to check all the components and documents.
  • We send your refund within 15 business days after receiving the product.
  • We use the original payment method for refunding.
